How much do you charge for a project?

The price of a project depends on the complexity and scale of the design. The amount of time the project is needed in also plays a key role in the price. To get a rough idea of what our general prices are, please see our Pricing Models.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Total Pixelation Studios offers complete website redesign, our basic plan starting at $300.

How long does it take for a website to go live?

The time it takes for a website to go live depends on the complexity of the website. A small website can take as little as 3 days, a large, industrial website can take as much as 6 weeks.

What steps are involved in the design process?

Do you set up websites at no extra charge?

Yes. Setup and initial troubleshooting is included with each website.

Do you offer hosting or website maintenance?

We do not offer hosting, as we believe each website requires it's own hosting needs. We do help out with choosing a web host appropriate for you website, though.

Is there such thing as web design warranty?

Yes, each website comes with a 30 day maintenance period.

Do you submit websites to search engines?

Yes, we submit each website we create/redesign to free search engines, such as Google, Yahoo!, MSN, etc. Inclusion is not guaranteed, and may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months.

Can you get my site to list first in search engine results?

Half the traffic to most websites comes from search engine results, which is why a lot of people are working hard to stay on top of what search engines are doing. However, because the algorithms are changed often and differ a great deal from one to the next, no one can guarantee your certain placement in the search results.

How can I view my website/work-in-progress?

We create a directory in our server just for your work-in-progress for you to view. This is a password protected directory, so that no one else can view it. The username and password is emailed to you at the start of the project.
